Amanda can also deliver bespoke in-person nutrition talks for your workplace or at a special event. She can cover a wide variety of topics including how nutrition plays a large role in improving energy levels, better sleep, stress resilience, preventing sickness and improved overall health.

If you want more bespoke topics covered like perimenopause and menopause to support women in the workforce, that is not a problem. Amanda can cover that too.

Amanda has delivered talks at wellness retreats, hospitals and corporate businesses as part of their health and well being curriculum and gyms.

Menopause workshop

Friday 15th November, Art & Living space, Wellington

7:00 pm 9:30 pm

This is an evening where myself and Sonia McIndoe will be hosting an evening all about menopause. I will be sharing information from a nutrition and lifestyle perspective on how you can support yourself through this transition.

This will be a lovely evening to share and learn from other women’s experience in a safe and serene environment.

How does a workshop with me work?

Nutrition Workshops

Typically, a workshop will last anywhere between 1-2 hours long with a specific learning objective such as how nutrition can improve energy levels, reduce sickness and help manage stress.

What Happens During A Workshop

During a workshop, participants take a more active learning role and this can involve discussions and practical work, as well as Amanda delivering a presentation.

Lunch and Learn

Lunch and learn sessions, tend to be shorter in length around 30-60 minutes and focus on 1-2 particular areas. These can be a great addition to any health and well-being PD sessions.

NOTE: These do not have to be ran over a lunch time.
